Predominantly focusing on core, Pilates is a mat based class designed to improve flexibility and stability whilst also strengthening the entire body and improving posture through controlled movements.

Pilates uses a mixture of bodyweight, weighted and ball exercises to challenge the body whilst incorporating stretching to allow for strength in mobility and range of movement.
