TRX Suspension Training

TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.

TRX stands for Total-Body Resistance Exercise. It uses a system of ropes and webbing that allows its users to work against their own body weight. With each instructor putting their own spin on the workout, each 30 minute TRX class will give you something different to focus on.
